First identify where BG678 stops working
Test the main route, login screen and one non-payment section separately. A device problem affects the browser or installed app, an account problem starts after sign-in and a wider interruption can affect several screens at once.
This separation prevents unnecessary password resets when the real symptom is a game tile, payment route or local browser issue.
BG678 will not open in the browser
Check the connection with another site, close the stale tab and reopen the current route. Test a private window or another updated browser before resetting all saved data.
Clear site-specific cache when needed. Script blockers, restrictive DNS or an incorrect device clock can also interfere with secure sessions; change only one setting at a time and restore normal protection after testing.
Login details are rejected or the account logs out
Confirm Phone login or Email login, the country code and the exact registered identifier. Retype the password once and check whether autofill is inserting an older value.
For recovery, session expiry and shared-device checks, use the BG678 login section rather than creating another account.
Installed app, download or update problems
A white screen can result from an old app component, incomplete file, low storage or blocked package source. Update the app when a current version is offered and check the Android system web component.
Delete a partial package before downloading again. Compare the platform in a browser to determine whether the issue is specific to the installed app. More mobile checks are available on the BG678 app section.
A game tile, timer or round is unresponsive
Return to the lobby, reopen the category and confirm that the period number or timer is updating. When only one title fails, avoid repeatedly submitting the same action.
Check My history before trying again because the account may have recorded the earlier action even when the visual screen did not update. The BG678 game section explains the visible categories and round records.
Deposit or withdrawal status is unclear
For a missing deposit, compare the amount, channel, time and reference in Deposit History. For a disabled withdrawal, review the available balance, frozen amount, beneficiary and current minimum.
Do not send a second payment or create several withdrawal requests while the first record is pending. Use the BG678 wallet section for method-specific checks.
Unfamiliar account or beneficiary changes
Stop wallet and game activity when the phone, email, password, beneficiary or transaction history looks unfamiliar. Secure the registered recovery channel and reset the BG678 password from the current route.
Do not resume payment activity until the account identity and destination details are understood.
Record the issue and know when to stop retrying
Note the section, time, exact message, period or non-sensitive transaction reference. Crop screenshots to hide phone numbers, balances, beneficiaries, QR codes and SMS codes.
Stop repeating an action when the same error continues, a transaction status is unclear or the account identity does not match. Waiting for the current record to settle is safer than adding duplicate deposits, withdrawals or game entries.
